Q1 Is there anything I need to bring?
You don’t need to bring anything specific to your appointment. We may ask about your health history during the consultation.
Q2 How long does the treatment take?
Treatment typically takes around 60 minutes. Please choose your preferred appointment time when booking.
Q3 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and credit cards.
Q4 How can I cancel my appointment?
You can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without any cancellation fee. If you cancel later than that, a cancellation fee may apply.
Q5 Can I use insurance for treatments?
Private health insurance rebates are currently available for eligible remedial massage treatments. Your rebate depends on your health fund and level of cover. See the supported health funds above.
Q6 Can I receive treatment if I am in pain?
Yes, you can receive treatment even if you are experiencing pain. However, if you are in the acute phase of pain or have clear abnormal findings, we may recommend that you seek medical attention and will not proceed with the treatment. During the treatment, we will adjust to your condition and proceed at a comfortable pace. If you have concerns, feel free to discuss them during the consultation.
Q7 Is there parking available?
Our place is located inside the building at Miami One Shopping Centre. If you are coming by car, you can use the shopping centre parking lot.
