Q1 Is there anything I need to bring?
If you have made a reservation in advance, there is nothing specific you need to bring, but we may ask for some information regarding your health condition.
Q2 How long does the treatment take?
The treatment typically takes around 60 minutes. Please let us know your preferred time when booking.
Q3 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, and credit cards for payment.
Q4 How can I cancel my appointment?
You can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without any cancellation fee. If you cancel later than that, a cancellation fee may apply.
Q5 Can I use insurance for treatments?
At present, private health insurance can be used for remedial massage treatments, but this will be available from May 2025. For more details, please feel free to ask our staff.
Q6 Can I receive treatment if I am in pain?
Yes, you can receive treatment even if you are experiencing pain. However, if you are in the acute phase of pain or have clear abnormal findings, we may recommend that you seek medical attention and will not proceed with the treatment. During the treatment, we will adjust to your condition and proceed at a comfortable pace. If you have concerns, feel free to discuss them during the consultation.
Q7 Is there parking available?
Our place is located inside the building at Miami One Shopping Centre. If you are coming by car, you can use the shopping centre parking lot.
